Our camps are designed to develop the core athletic skills every child needs – learning how to run, jump and throw properly, whatever their sport. It’s about building resilience, having fun and sparking a lifelong love for movement and fitness.”
Looking for an exciting way to keep your child active during the school holidays? Our Run, Jump, Throw Holiday Camps are perfect for children aged 6 to 12, running every school holiday across London and the South East.
Each day is packed with fun, inclusive athletics-based activities. From sprinting, jumping and throwing to obstacle courses and team games all led by our passionate and experienced coaching team. We also look to use our time with the children to use athletics as a tool for education, with workshops on how to run a sustainable Olympics, healthy eating, diversity in athletics and skills for life.
The highlight of the week? Our very own Mini Olympics featuring a Quadrathlon Competition. Children take part in four exciting athletic challenges—showcasing their speed, strength, coordination, and stamina. Before celebrating everyone’s achievements with prizes and certificates presented by the coaching team.
